August, we're ready for you...though I don't know quite where this year has gone.

Make 'em count! I mean if you like the carpe diem vibe. I also have a dear friend in Spain who tells me it's holidays for the majority of the country, so there is that option if you're lucky.

Meanwhile: we continue to celebrate 9 years of The Health Collective! Improbably, and despite all my dire statements to the contrary, we are still here. The site is getting more traffic than ever, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see so many pitch emails and cold emails, requests for reviews and chats, and opportunities to collaborate. Stay tuned for more as we keep on keepin' on.
